Q: Are your gorgeous soft toys 100% Australian made?

A: Yes. They proudly carry the official Australian made logo. This is a government issued logo
which is only issued to companies that have proven they manufacture their products in Australia.

Q: Are your Australian toys of a high quality?

A: Yes. We are proud to say that when you buy a Koala Express souvenir you will be purchasing the
highest quality toy that is available. They are also completely non-allergenic and can
be washed in warm water and then brushed.

Q: How do you keep my credit card details safe

A: Once you press the secure order button all the information you have typed is scrambled.
This makes it impossible for anyone other than the staff of Koala Express to read.
Once we have processed your order, all credit card information is shredded.
The only information we retain on file is your name and e-mail address to keep in touch and
to advise you of any special offers we may have.

Q: I can't access the secure order page. What's wrong?

A: If you are using an older type of browser it might not support the security measures that are required.
If this is the case, simply click the e-mail button on the previous screen, and let us know that you couldn't order.
We will then make other arrangements for you.

Q: What if I receive my gifts and I don't like them ?

A: Koala Express offers an unconditional money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase
simply return the item(s) and we will refund the entire purchase amount. We won't be upset, after all that's why we offer a full guarantee. However, at this stage we have not had one toy returned to us,
all we have received is compliments and thanks.

Q: Once you receive my order, how quickly will my order be dispatched?

A: We dispatch all orders within 6 hours to ensure you receive your item within 4 - 14 days.
